Job Summary
  • We are seeking motivated and results-driven Field Merchants for our client, a fintech firm into online payment solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing merchants who will benefit from our online payment solutions. This role combines sales expertise with a deep understanding of digital payment systems to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.


General Duties
    • •    Identify and target prospective merchants across various industries.

      •    Negotiate and close deals to onboard merchants to our platform

      •    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing merchants.

      •    Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant inquiries and support.

      •    Regularly follow up to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

      •    Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
       


Skills
    • •    Bsc/HND in any relevant field

      •    Previous experience in sales

      •    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

      •    Target Oriented

      •    Strong  understanding of online payment systems and merchant needs
