Job Summary
The Project Management Director (PMD) oversees the engineering design, construction, and delivery of large-scale renewable and natural gas energy projects. This role ensures that every project — from concept to commissioning — meets quality, budget, and safety standards.
As a key technical leader, the PMD will coordinate EPC contractors, manage budgets, enforce HSE compliance, and deliver projects that drive Genesis Energy Group’s long-term vision of sustainable infrastructure development.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of renewable energy and power generation projects.
- Oversee engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Supervise EPC contractors and ensure compliance with timelines, scope, and quality.
- Lead detailed project design reviews, cost analyses, and technical audits.
- Implement best practices in HSE and quality assurance.
- Manage budgets, project risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies, government agencies, and project investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
- PMP®, PRINCE2®, or similar certification preferred.
- 15+ years of leadership experience in energy infrastructure or utility-scale renewable projects.
- Proven success in managing multi-country EPC and construction projects.
- Solid understanding of high-voltage electrical systems, transmission lines, and large solar/gas projects.
