Job Summary
The Chief of Staff is a senior leadership partner to the Chairman and CEO, responsible for managing the Executive Office and ensuring the company’s strategic priorities are executed with precision and speed. The role serves as the operational and strategic bridge between the Chairman and all internal and external stakeholders, ensuring organizational alignment and performance.
This position demands exceptional business intelligence, execution discipline, and people management capability. The Chief of Staff will oversee corporate assurance, investments, risk management, and strategic communication, while ensuring the Chairman’s time and objectives are optimized across all fronts.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all activities of the Chairman’s Office, ensuring strategic goals are translated into actionable deliverables.
- Drive interdepartmental collaboration across directorates, subsidiaries, and global offices to achieve company-wide alignment.
- Manage communication flow between the Chairman and senior executives, government agencies, and partners.
- Lead project tracking, performance reporting, and progress evaluation across all major initiatives.
- Support capital raise efforts, partnership negotiations, and investment evaluations.
- Develop systems to monitor KPIs, strategic goals, and critical deadlines.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth execution of executive decisions.
- Represent the Chairman in high-level internal and external meetings where delegated.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 12–15 years of leadership experience in corporate strategy, operations, or executive management, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
- Proven track record in managing complex, multinational projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
