Job Summary
The Sales Officer will be responsible for delivering an excellent in–store shopping experience for customers, promoting the brand’s fashion products, and achieving daily/weekly sales targets. The ideal candidate must be passionate about fashion, confident, presentable, and able to engage customers professionally.
They will ensure proper product display, stock arrangement, customer interaction, and overall store cleanliness while maintaining the brand’s image and standard.
This role requires someone who lives close to Lekki Phase 1 for easy commute and punctuality.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide product information, styling suggestions, and fashion recommendations.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and exchanges courteously.
- Manage POS transactions — cash, transfers, and card payments.
- Record sales activities and prepare simple sales reports.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of low or out-of-stock items.
- Assist in unpacking, tagging, pricing, and arranging new deliveries.
- Promote ongoing sales, discounts, or new collections to customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain store security by monitoring product movement and preventing theft.
Requirements
- Minimum OND / HND / B.Sc. in any related field.
- 1–3 years experience in retail sales, fashion store sales, or customer service.
- Must live within or very close to Lekki Phase 1 (STRICT requirement).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and sales ability.
- Passion for fashion, good sense of style, and ability to make product recommendations.
- Must be neat, well-spoken, and presentable.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
