Role Overview
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is responsible for developing and executing Genesis Energy Group’s global commercial strategy. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, forging high-value partnerships, and optimizing commercial performance across all business units and markets.
You’ll lead initiatives that expand the company’s market footprint, secure financing for energy projects, and ensure sustainable profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector.
- Proven success in revenue generation, contract negotiation, and market expansion.
- Demonstrated ability to raise and structure project financing.
- Strong global network and stakeholder management skills.
