Job Summary
The Managing Director – Corporate Development Executive Office (MD-CDEO) leads the strategic growth and business transformation agenda for Genesis Energy Group. This role drives business expansion, capital raising, and strategic partnerships that support the Group’s energy development objectives.
You’ll provide leadership across multiple directorates — from finance to business development — ensuring group-wide performance, market innovation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and task management of the Corporate Development Executive Office.
- Drive the origination, negotiation, and execution of energy infrastructure projects.
- Lead capital raising, partnership development, and financial strategy execution.
- Identify new markets and develop entry strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Monitor performance metrics, risks, and compliance across subsidiaries.
- Strengthen relationships with investors, governments, and strategic partners.
- Oversee group-wide commercial operations and optimize financial outcomes.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in corporate finance, energy, or investment management.
- Proven leadership in project development and capital raising.
- Experience managing multi-country business portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
