What You Will Do:
•Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Associates to exceed individual and team targets.
•Develop and execute winning go-to-market strategies and territory plans.
•Identify, engage, and close deals with key prospects and enterprise clients.
•Use data and insights to optimize performance, track progress, and forecast growth.
•Build a strong, motivated sales culture grounded in accountability and results.
•Collaborate across Product, Compliance, and Customer Success teams for seamless client delivery.
•Recruit, onboard, and develop new Sales Associates as the team grows.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred).
•5+ years of proven success in B2B sales, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
•Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services, especially with SME and enterprise clients.
•A true “hunter” mindset — resilient, driven, and target-oriented.
•Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
•Strong analytical and CRM skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
•Willingness to travel frequently across territories.
