The HR Manager will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of people strategies to drive organizational growth.
.Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
Drive performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory standards.
Build a culture of accountability, productivity, and innovation across the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years’ HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity within financial services.
Strong knowledge of labor law, organizational development, and HR analytics.
Demonstrated ability to lead HR transformation in a fast-paced environment.
