We are seeking ambitious and self-driven Neighbourhood Retail Trade Executives (Van Sales Executives) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for direct van sales, brand visibility, and market penetration within assigned retail clusters. This role is critical to driving our products into the hands of everyday customers across Lagos.

• Assigned to neighbourhood retail clusters and open markets.
• Provided with company vans to carry out direct sales activities.
• Sales routes are clearly mapped for efficiency and productivity.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Fixed Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience and location)
• Variable Incentive: Up to ₦150,000 monthly (linked to sales KPIs)

• Career Growth Pathway:
Trade Executive → Area Sales Manager → Regional Sales Manager → Commercial Director
.• OND/HND or equivalent qualification.
• Valid driver’s license with proven driving ability.
• 1 – 3 years prior van sales experience in FMCG.
• Proficiency with smartphones (sales apps, inventory tracking).
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Execute direct van sales to retail outlets in assigned neighbourhoods.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and fulfilment within your sales route.
• Grow market penetration and consistently achieve set sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to drive repeat business.
• Utilize sales apps and tools for inventory tracking, order fulfilment, and reporting.
• Represent the company brand positively within designated trade clusters.
