We are hiring Neighbourhood Retail Trade Executives to drive van sales operations across key clusters in Lagos. The role focuses on direct retail engagement, sales fulfillment, and brand visibility, while ensuring consistent market penetration and achieving sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₦100,000 – ₦200,000 (based on experience & location).

• Variable Incentive: Up to ₦150,000 monthly (linked to sales KPIs).

• Drive direct van sales to retail outlets within assigned neighbourhood clusters.

• Manage van operations for sales, fulfilment, and brand visibility activities.

• Grow market penetration and achieve set sales targets.

• Ensure effective route planning and sales execution across priority areas.

• Maintain proper use of sales applications for reporting and inventory tracking.

• OND/HND or equivalent.

• Valid driver’s license with proven driving ability.

• Prior van sales experience in FMCG.

• Proficiency with smartphones (sales apps, inventory tracking).
