The Financial Controller will oversee the entire finance function and ensure sound financial management practices across the Bank.

• Lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely statutory reporting.

• Oversee treasury, cash flow management, and capital adequacy.

• Establish and enforce robust internal control systems.

• Provide strategic insight on investment, risk management, and cost optimization.

• Partner with senior management to drive business growth and sustainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (Master’s degree an advantage).

• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in finance, with at least 5 years at managerial level within financial services.

• Proven track record in financial reporting, compliance, and stakeholder management.
