• Minimum of 10–12 years’ proven success in a senior leadership role within the commercial banking industry.

• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

• Strong expertise in business growth, relationship management, and regulatory compliance.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver sustainable value and achieve measurable results.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
