Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Cross-sell and promote banking products and services to meet revenue and deposit targets.
Provide financial advice and tailored solutions to clients.
Ensure branch compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Support branch operations and supervise account transactions.
Contribute to business development through marketing and prospecting activities.
Prepare reports on sales, customer activities, and branch performance.
Lead and manage branch staff (for Branch Manager roles).
Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Lower, 2:2) in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ retail banking experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
4–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management (for Account Officers).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet targets and manage customer portfolios.
Knowledge of banking products, financial services, and industry regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
