We are currently sourcing for a professional contact centre agent, who is vast in speaking Hausa and English!!!

AGE: NOT MORE THAN 26 YEARS OLD (ONLY BSC 2.2)

Pay comes with PENSION, HMO and STAFF BUS (All locations in Lagos)

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor of science in any field with a minimum of second-class lower
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Candidate should not be more than 26 years of age
• Knowledge of multiple Nigerian languages is an
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to understand customer needs and concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer issues and find appropriate solutions.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software, call centre technology, and other communication tools.
