Important: Candidates must have prior experience in a commercial bank (preferred), mortgage bank, investment bank, or microfinance bank.

Requirements:
•Minimum 7 years’ Retail/Commercial Banking experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead/supervisory role
•Proven track record in business development, credit management, and operations oversight
•Strong leadership, team management, and customer engagement skills
•Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2:2; relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
