⦁              Recruit and onboard new POS agents/merchants.

⦁              Train agents on device usage, transaction processes, and troubleshooting.

⦁              Ensure agents comply with company policies and guidelines.

⦁              Provide ongoing support to agents and resolve escalated issues.

•             Minimum of OND qualification

•             Strong communication and sales skills

•             Self-driven with ability to meet targets
