We are hiring a seasoned Financial Controller to oversee all financial operations and ensure strong financial governance within a leading manufacturing arm of a major conglomerate. This role will be responsible for statutory reporting, cost control, audit coordination, and driving financial strategy to support business goals. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with hands-on experience in manufacturing or similar industries.

• Lead full-scope accounting: statutory, management, cost, and financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial controls
• Coordinate year-end audits and internal/external financial compliance
• Supervise payroll, cashflow, taxation, and fixed assets
• Drive process improvements and systems enhancements
   

• Qualified accountant (ICAN, ACCA, ACA); degree in Accounting/Finance
• Manufacturing experience is a strong advantage
