Job Summary

The primary responsibility of the incumbent is to develop and implement new marketing initiatives, meet and surpass company budget, assess new markets, and evaluate business opportunities. Plan and direct all aspects of business development strategies, policies, objectives, and initiatives in line with the organization’s policies.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong and trusted relationships with new key contacts to support effective stakeholder and client engagement to increase lead generation and referrals.
  • Provide input to the development/ review of commercial terms with new/ existing clients to maximize revenue potential for the organization.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for managing relationships to understand stakeholders and client needs and ensure retention of client.
  • Identify opportunities to further develop and enhance relationships between key client contacts and the organization 
  • Engage in events, meetings, calls, and other relevant activities to develop relationships with prospective stakeholders and clients to create leads.
  • Develop and execute client engagement strategy and communication plan in alignment with marketing and business requirements, reflecting market and state trends and issues.
  • Deliver presentations to support the client acquisition process.
  • Follow up leads and manage the client acquisition process in an effective and professional manner.
  • Identify opportunities for continual improvement and realize the benefit of such opportunities by advocating new ways of working.
     


Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a leadership sales professional or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of the company’s products, competitive products and the

  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills
  • Excellent knowledge of consultative selling and ability to deliver stellar sales presentation
  • Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience in a senior leadership sales role
