This role is ideal for corp members looking to gain hands-on experience in talent sourcing, candidate screening, and recruitment coordination.

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database.
• Support the team with recruitment campaigns and employer branding efforts.
• Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.
• Carry out any other administrative or HR-related duties as assigned.
   

• Must be a male NYSC Corp Member currently serving.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
