Job Summary
We are hiring a Head of Realty to lead and expand our real estate portfolio and operations. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in managing and optimizing our real estate assets, originating and executing real estate transactions, and delivering value through property development, facility management, and advisory services.

Responsibilities
- Lead the management of the company’s real estate assets including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and facility management.
- Originate and execute diverse real estate transactions such as residential/commercial development, site and service schemes, agency and brokerage services.
- Conduct risk assessments and due diligence on all real estate deals, implementing necessary mitigants.
- Partner with government schemes, joint ventures, and property developers to promote strategic property offerings.
- Market and promote properties via social media, digital platforms, events, and traditional channels targeting defined audiences.
- Conduct regular market evaluations and property appraisals to identify trends, opportunities, and valuation benchmarks.
- Analyze real estate investments through feasibility studies, ROI assessments, and financial modeling.
- Negotiate and manage leasing contracts ensuring legal compliance and profitability.
- Implement tenant relationship strategies that foster satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Supervise property maintenance and vendor management to ensure smooth operations.
- Present periodic reports to management detailing portfolio performance, risk areas, and strategic opportunities.
- Cross-sell other services and products within the group to real estate clients and prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on Real Estate.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) required.
- Membership in NIESV and registration as an RSV is an added advantage.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in real estate asset management, development, valuation, and strategic advisory.
- Proven track record of executing and closing large-scale real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of real estate law, valuation principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent negotiation, marketing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Highly organized, strategic thinker, and result-driven leader.
