Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executives to join our growing team across multiple locations in Nigeria. As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting banking products and services, acquiring new customers, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
- Market and sell the bank’s retail products and services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to provide suitable financial solutions.
- Maintain customer records and provide timely reports on sales activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions
- Participate in promotional campaigns and marketing events.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of bank products and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc. (Minimum of Second-Class Lower) in any discipline from a recognized institution
- OR HND (Upper or Lower Credit)
- Age: Not more than 30 years old at the time of application
Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Salary - N150,000
