Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-value relationships with institutional clients including private organizations and development-focused entities.
- Understand client goals and craft bespoke banking solutions in line with institutional objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow the bank’s market share in the region.
- Conduct credit analysis and manage the credit approval process for clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
- Represent the bank at high-level meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 4–7 years of experience in institutional/private sector banking.
- Strong understanding of the political and business landscape of the North-East.
- Excellent client engagement, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of initiative.
