The ALM Lead will be responsible for managing the balance sheet to ensure optimal returns while managing risks. The ideal candidate will drive strategic asset and liability decisions in alignment with business objectives, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and manage interest rate, liquidity, and funding risks
• Develop ALM strategies and models to support decision-making
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies
• Coordinate with finance and treasury to implement ALM plans
• Analyze macroeconomic indicators and their impact on ALM
• Provide ALM reporting to executive management and stakeholders
   

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA is a plus)
• 7+ years of experience in Asset & Liability Management or Treasury
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, risk management, and capital markets
• Proficiency in ALM software and tools
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
