We are seeking reliable and experienced Dispatch Riders to deliver packages, documents, and parcels to clients promptly and safely within specified timelines. The ideal candidate should be familiar with major routes and possess excellent navigation and communication skills.

• Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and goods to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries and returns (e.g., waybills, delivery notes).
• Verify recipients to ensure correct deliveries.
• Maintain constant communication with the operations team regarding delivery status.
• Keep the bike in good condition through routine checks and scheduled maintenance.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Handle packages with care to avoid damage or loss.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude during all interactions.
   

• Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
• Valid Rider’s Permit and driver’s license.
• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or similar role.
• Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and physically fit.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
