Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.
- Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Accurately record client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
- 1–3 years of prior sales experience preferably in the Financial Services Sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
Salary - N160,000
