Job Summary

The Direct Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue by directly engaging potential clients, 
understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The ideal candidate should be a strong 
communicator, highly self-motivated, and thrives in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new customer leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.  
  • Present and promote company products and services to prospective clients.  
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions that meet their requirements.  
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing customers. 
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.  
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations.  
  • Accurately record client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.  
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.  
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions as needed.


Requirements
  • Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or any relevant discipline.  
  • 1–3 years of prior sales experience preferably in the Financial Services Sector. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills. 
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.


Salary - N160,000
