.Oversee the overall operations, performance, and profitability of the branch.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff to ensure high productivity and excellent customer service.
Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales and marketing initiatives within the branch's territory.
Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development of branch employees.
Resolve customer complaints, operational issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and present branch performance reports, forecasts, and improvement plans to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a reputable University
- Proven experience in relationship management or sales in a commercial bank
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
