We are looking for a visionary Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to drive innovation and oversee technical strategy across a diversified group operating in infrastructure, energy, and technology. This role requires a forward-thinking leader capable of scaling systems and delivering transformative solutions across Africa.

• Define and execute the company’s technical vision and roadmap

• Oversee engineering, product development, and innovation initiatives

• Drive digital transformation and technology integration across business units

• Lead high-performing technical teams and ensure operational excellence

• Evaluate emerging technologies and implement scalable solutions

• Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term growth strategy

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 12–18 years experience with at least 5 years in executive leadership

• Strong background in infrastructure, energy systems, or enterprise technology

• Proven track record of scaling technical operations

• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
