The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and ensure the efficient execution of business strategies. The role involves driving operational excellence, improving internal processes, and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.

Develop and implement operational strategies that support business growth and scalability.
Monitor organizational performance and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
Work closely with the executive team to translate strategic goals into operational plans.
Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure collaboration between departments.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal governance policies.
Drive initiatives that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
MBA or other postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
8–12 years of professional experience in operations management, preferably within financial services, fintech, or technology organizations.
Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Strong experience in operational planning, process optimization, and team leadership.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
