We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to support customer acquisition and loan product sales within assigned territories in Lagos. The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying potential customers, promoting loan and financial products, onboarding new clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive portfolio growth.
This role requires individuals with strong sales ability, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for engaging with customers and supporting small businesses with financial solutions.
.Promote and sell loan products and other financial solutions to prospective customers.
Identify and acquire new individual and SME customers within the assigned territory.
Generate qualified leads through field sales, referrals, and business networking.
Conduct market visits and business development activities to expand the customer base.
Achieve assigned weekly and monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
Guide customers through the account opening and loan application process.
Ensure all required documentation and KYC requirements are accurately completed.
Educate customers on available financial products, benefits, and digital banking services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Provide post-sales support including loan repayment reminders and product guidance.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products.
Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution to maintain high satisfaction levels.
HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in banking, financial services, fintech, or microfinance.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
Good organizational and time management skills.
