A fast-growing financial services company in Ikeja is urgently hiring a results-driven Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales, convert leads, and meet performance targets. The ideal candidate must be persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable making high-volume calls daily.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to convert leads.

• Follow up consistently on assigned leads to close sales.

• Upsell and cross-sell financial products.

• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure retention.

• Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance.

• Minimum HND / B.Sc.

• Must have completed NYSC.

• Minimum 1 year experience in telesales or phone-based sales.

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).

• Tech-savvy and willing to use CRM tools.

• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
