Job Summary

The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the company’s OFC (Optical Fiber Cable) products and telecom solutions. The role involves identifying market opportunities, expanding the customer base, positioning the brand effectively, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate is results-driven, commercially astute, and experienced in telecom product marketing, with strong leadership and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct meetings with prospective customers to understand business needs.

  • Promote and market the company’s portfolio of telecom products and services.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.

  • Identify and develop new product portfolios to generate profitable revenue streams.

  • Establish clear product positioning and define target audiences.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.

  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

  • Analyse customer insights, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies and formal proposals for new initiatives.

  • Drive collaboration between sales, marketing, performance marketing, and web teams.

  • Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports with actionable insights.

  • Expand and nurture the customer base to achieve revenue targets.



Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
    OR Engineering Diploma/Degree in Electronics & Communication.

  • 3–7 years relevant experience in sales & marketing.

  • Mandatory experience and knowledge in OFC Network and its products.

  • Experience in other Telecom Network domains may be considered.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
