The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The role serves as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring successful project delivery and long-term customer satisfaction.
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring operational efficiency, effective resource allocation, and strong stakeholder communication.
.Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client projects.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client objectives.
Plan project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Forecast and track scheduling operations and monthly billing.
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
Provide regular progress updates (monthly/quarterly) to management and clients.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Drive accountability for overall project results and performance outcomes.
Foster a collaborative team environment and execute staff development plans.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related discipline.
3–7 years relevant project management experience.
Experience in Telecom Infrastructure domain is highly preferred.
HSE Certification is an added advantage.
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
