•    Generate sales through existing and new client prospects.
•    Actively source, engage, and follow up with potential clients.
•    Develop and implement innovative marketing ideas to boost sales performance.
•    List and update details of properties available for sale.
•    Create, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organisational goals.
•    Manage and enhance the company’s online presence. Social media proficiency is required.

•    Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing (Real Estate experience is an added advantage).
•    A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Must reside within or around Lekki Phase I or nearby areas.
