Glow Health is seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Clinic Operations & Administrative Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our clinic. This role is central to ensuring smooth operations, excellent client experience, staff accountability, and strict adherence to company standards.
This is a high-responsibility, hands-on position requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment.

1. Clinic Operations & Oversight
• Ensure the clinic opens and closes on time daily
• Maintain cleanliness, order, readiness, and professional presentation of the facility
• Oversee front desk operations, nursing coordination, and client flow
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with Glow Health protocols
2. Staff Coordination & Accountability
• Supervise administrative and support staff; escalate issues promptly
• Ensure punctuality, proper conduct, and adherence to assigned duties
• Support onboarding and continuous training of new staff
• Enforce clinic policies consistently and professionally
3. Communication & Reporting
• Act as the primary on-site liaison to the Founder & CEO
• Provide daily written operational reports (activities, issues, resolutions, gaps)
• Draft clear, professional internal and client communications
• Follow instructions accurately and seek clarification when needed
4. Client Experience & Revenue Protection
• Ensure a positive, professional client experience from entry to exit
• Monitor scheduling accuracy, service delivery, and payment processes
• Identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, or missed revenue opportunities
• Resolve minor client issues independently and escalate when necessary
5. Compliance & Documentation
• Always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and operational documentation
• Support compliance with internal policies and healthcare-related standards
Mandatory
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills with proven follow-through
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to perform consistently under pressure in a clinical environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
Preferred
• Experience in a healthcare, clinic, or medical office setting
• Background in operations, administration, or supervisory roles
• Familiarity with scheduling systems and basic financial tracking
