• Develop, implement, and maintain HSSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local and international standards.

• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance.

• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.

• Promote HSSE awareness and culture through training, workshops, and continuous engagement with employees.

• Monitor and report on HSSE performance metrics and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, and corporate HSSE requirements.

• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate HSSE considerations into project planning and execution.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HSSE management, preferably within the Oil and Gas sector.

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Professional certifications in HSSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, ISO 45001) are highly desirable.

• Strong knowledge of local and international HSSE regulations and best practices.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of implementing effective safety programs and reducing workplace incidents.
