Transcorp is seeking a highly skilled and driven Team, Technical & Project Development Lead to oversee technical operations, manage cross-functional teams, and drive the planning and execution of strategic projects within the energy and power sector. Lead and coordinate technical teams to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
Oversee project development from concept, planning, and design through implementation and completion.
Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and performance metrics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across technical and project teams.
Prepare technical reports, project updates, and presentations for senior management.
Identify opportunities for innovation, optimisation, and sustainable development within projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical leadership and project development roles, preferably within the energy or power sector.
Strong understanding of power systems, energy infrastructure, or related technical operations.
Proven experience managing teams and delivering complex projects.
Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
