Job Summary

Transnational Corporation Plc (Transcorp) is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting scheduling

  • Act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

  • Prepare, review, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents

  • Coordinate and support board meetings, executive meetings, and high-level engagements, including minute-taking and follow-ups

  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion

  • Assist in tracking action items, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely execution

  • Support strategic initiatives by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing executive summaries

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment with executive priorities

  • Manage office administration tasks related to the executive office and ensure operational efficiency



Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant productivity tools

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage pressure effectively
