• Lead and manage all technical and project development activities across the organisation

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery from concept to completion

• Collaborate with product, operations, and business teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices

• Manage and mentor technical and project teams to ensure high performance

• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability

• Provide regular progress reports and strategic insights to senior management

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical leadership and project development roles

• Strong background in IT systems, software development, or technical infrastructure

• Proven experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on when required

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
