A & A Global Leasing is seeking a highly organised and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead and oversee all human resources and administrative functions of the company. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

  • Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management processes.

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and reporting.

  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor relations.

  • Coordinate staff welfare, health, and safety programs.

  • Support management in organisational planning and policy development.

  • Drive initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.



Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and administrative management.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and administrative procedures.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
