Job Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in
Lagos State. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving
revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and
maintaining strong client relationships, and expanding BLUEROCK’s customer
base within the Hospitality, serviced apartment, and residential accommodation
markets. The role focuses on corporate clients, relocation services, travel
partners, and individual high-value customers.

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities for Bluerock Residences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, relocation companies, real estate brokers, and individual clients.
- Actively market BLUEROCK’s properties and services to business executives, corporate organizations, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into confirmed bookings and long-term clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Support pricing strategies, negotiations, and contract discussions with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales performance.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and business development targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, or client management acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Strong organisational and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
