Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Digital Marketer / Content Creator to manage our online presence, develop engaging content, and drive digital campaigns that generate brand visibility, engagement, and leads.

The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital strategies, creating compelling content, and using analytics to improve performance. You must be proactive, organised, and able to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels.
  • Develop strategies to grow the company’s online visibility, engagement, and leads.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
  • Manage SEO/SEM strategies to improve ranking and organic reach.
  • Create and manage content calendars for consistent brand messaging.

Content Creation

  • Create high-quality content, including captions, blog posts, email newsletters, scripts, and website copy.
  • Produce engaging video and photo content for social media (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop graphics, ads, and branded creatives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and use them to create relevant, high-performing content.
  • Edit videos and images using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.

Social Media Management

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
  • Grow follower base through strategic content and community engagement.
  • Conduct competitor research and monitor industry trends.

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Develop marketing ideas for campaigns, promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Work with internal teams to support marketing objectives and drive conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.


Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related fields (optional but preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proven ability to manage social media platforms and digital campaigns with measurable results.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Strong video editing and graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and social media algorithms.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creativity, originality, and attention to detail.
