RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage church correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
• Maintain church records and files (membership data, wedding/baptism registries, etc.)
• Schedule appointments, manage clergy calendars, and coordinate with workers/volunteers
• Attend to inquiries and warmly receive visitors and first-timers
• Represent the church in meetings and perform secretarial duties
• Conduct follow-up activities for newcomers (calls, messages, or in-person visits)
• Coordinate church events, activities, and logistics with vendors and ministries
• Collaborate with clergy and departmental heads on program content, website, and social media
• Handle other administrative duties as required for smooth church operations
• Minimum: Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bsc in any related field
• Experience in office administration or nonprofit organizations is an advantage
• Experience in HR, secretarial duties, facilities management, or operations is a plus
