We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Admin / Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth daily office coordination. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, tactful, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors professionally.
- Receive and direct calls, messages, and correspondence appropriately.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communication.
- Support office supplies management and general administrative tasks.
- Handle inquiries and resolve basic administrative issues promptly.
- Ensure the reception and office environment remains organized and presentable.
- Work with team members to support operational efficiency.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Management Science or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Must be thorough, organized, and able to multitask.
- Must be innovative and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be tactful, diplomatic, and professional in handling people.
- Must be a good team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must preferably reside around Okota, FESTAC, Isolo, Oshodi, Ikotun, Surulere, Ijesha, or nearby areas.
Salary - N120000 - 150000
