Job Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Admin / Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure smooth daily office coordination. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, tactful, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and attend to visitors professionally.
  • Receive and direct calls, messages, and correspondence appropriately.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communication.
  • Support office supplies management and general administrative tasks.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve basic administrative issues promptly.
  • Ensure the reception and office environment remains organized and presentable.
  • Work with team members to support operational efficiency.


Requirements
  • BSc/HND in Management Science or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a structured organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Must be thorough, organized, and able to multitask.
  • Must be innovative and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be tactful, diplomatic, and professional in handling people.
  • Must be a good team player.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must preferably reside around Okota, FESTAC, Isolo, Oshodi, Ikotun, Surulere, Ijesha, or nearby areas.


Salary - N120000 - 150000
