The Sales Manager with real estate experience would lead and manage a sales team to achieve company objectives in the real estate sector. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and leading the team to meet and exceed sales targets

Responsibilities
- · Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company objectives, including identifying target markets, setting sales goals, and creating marketing strategies.
- · Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team (Business Development Manager, Business Development Associates) to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- · Manage sales operations, including coordinating sales meetings, tracking performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
- · Manage sales budgets and ensure that sales activities are within budgetary constraints.
- · Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- · Regularly monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the team.
- · Provide ongoing training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- · Set an example for team members of commitment, sales activities, work ethics and habits and personal character
- · Maintain accurate records of leads/prospect, pricing, sales and activities
Requirements
- · A Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- · Minimum of 3 to 5years’ experience in Sales, Marketing of Insurance and Mortgage Banks.
- · Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership roles.
- · Understanding of the Nigerian Real Estate, Banking and Insurance market and trends.
- · Ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- · Experience in sales, business development, or account management is highly valued, particularly in the specific industry or sector.
- · Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- · The ability to lead and inspire teams, as well as work collaboratively, is important in a growth-oriented environment.
- · Excellent communication, both written and verbal, is crucial for building rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- · A demonstrable track record in sales, business development, or a related field is highly valued.
Salary - N400,000 to 600,000
