Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and secure new corporate clients, partnerships, and sales channels
- Drive room occupancy, event bookings, and overall business performance
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand positioning
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5–8 years’ experience in business development within the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
