Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Head of Wealth Management to lead and grow the wealth portfolio across a diversified group of companies spanning insurance, real estate, capital management, banking & finance, and asset management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing integrated wealth strategies, managing high-net-worth and institutional client portfolios, and driving revenue growth across multiple financial and lifestyle investment products. This role requires deep expertise in financial advisory, investment management, and cross-sector wealth structuring, with a strong focus on client acquisition, retention, and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive wealth management strategies aligned with the group’s multi-sector offerings
- Lead the acquisition and management of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-HNWIs, and institutional clients
- Structure and manage diversified portfolios across real estate, insurance, capital markets, and alternative investments
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling integrated financial and lifestyle solutions
- Oversee investment advisory services, portfolio performance, and risk management frameworks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing wealth management team
- Monitor market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to inform investment decisions
- Collaborate with internal business units to create innovative wealth products and services
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or Master’s degree preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent are highly desirable
- 8–12+ years of experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or financial advisory
- Proven track record of managing HNWI/UHNWI portfolios and delivering revenue growth
- Strong knowledge of investment products, real estate markets, insurance solutions, and capital markets
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach
Salary - N1,000,000 to 3,000,000
