Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for a premium diffuser and cosmetics brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling fragrance products, beauty items, and related offerings to retail customers, distributors, and corporate clients. This role requires strong sales skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships in the beauty and lifestyle industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities across retail, wholesale, and corporate channels
  • Promote and sell diffuser products, fragrances, and cosmetic items to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client visits
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
  • Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales support
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and activations
  • Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts
  • Ensure proper product display and merchandising in retail outlets


Requirements
  • BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in cosmetics, beauty, fragrance, or FMCG industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of beauty and fragrance products
  • Customer-focused with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Salary - N!60,000 to 180,000
