• Design and build scalable backend systems and APIs
• Integrate third-party APIs (telecom, fintech, identity, etc.)
• Develop end-to-end applications (backend + frontend if full-stack)
• Translate real-world problems into working prototypes/MVPs
• Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship features

• Strong fundamentals in data structures, system design, and APIs
• Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Java, Python, etc.)
• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and cloud basics
• Ability to build and deploy working applications
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on real-world use cases
