Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Lead to drive marketing initiatives across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on a fast-growing startup microfinance bank. Based within our agency, this role balances client leadership, campaign execution, and cross-account strategy, acting as a trusted marketing partner to clients across different industries.You’ll lead marketing strategy and delivery for complex, high-impact accounts while supporting growth and innovation across the broader client portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and execution across multiple client accounts
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for a startup microfinance bank client
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with each client’s business goals
- Ensure brand consistency, regulatory compliance (where applicable), and performance excellence across campaigns
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, content, paid media, partnerships, activations)
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, agency leadership, and internal creative, media, and strategy teams
- Analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across accounts
- Support pitches, proposals, and onboarding of new clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an agency or client-facing environment
- Proven experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or other regulated industries
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skill
