Job Summary
Grow the bank’s deposit base by acquiring and managing customers for savings, current and fixed deposit products, while delivering excellent service and retention.

Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new deposit customers (SMEs, individuals, corporations, associations).
- Drive deposit campaigns, product pitches, and market activations.
- Manage portfolio: customer onboarding, documentation, account funding, and retention.
- Build relationships with high-value customers and handle inquiries/escalations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal processes.
- Collaborate with branch/service teams to ensure smooth account operations.
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any related discipline.
- 3-5 years experience in sales/deposit mobilization (banking experience required).
- Strong sales, relationship management, and communication skills
Salary - N600000 - 800000
